My name is Serieke. I am an online course creator, yoga and meditation instructor, nature lover and explorer of human experiences.

At the age of 19 I went through a transformative experience; a deep fear had taken control of me and resulted in anxiety disorder with panic attacks and depression.

It was a difficult and lonely episode of my life, but also the start of an exploration of my inner world. Through yoga practices, including breath exercises, relaxation and gentle movement, I broke away from a vicious circle: the fear of being afraid.

Through this course I share with you the exercises that have helped me most in recovering from anxiety disorder.
